What distributors ask us first
Does AdMunch send messages on its own?
No. It prepares drafts. Nothing is sent until you approve it in the app or by voice.
Which inventory systems do you work with?
AdMunch works with the inventory and billing software distributors already use, and with Excel or CSV exports. Tell us what you use when you book a demo, and we'll set up the connection during your pilot.
Do my customers need to opt in?
Yes. WhatsApp's rules and India's data protection law (DPDP Act) require consent for marketing messages. AdMunch only messages customers marked as opted in and adds an opt-out line to every message.
What does WhatsApp cost on top?
Meta charges for each WhatsApp message it delivers, at its published rates for India, plus GST. AdMunch shows the cost of every campaign before you approve it, and passes it on at cost with no markup.
Where is my data kept?
Your stock, customer and campaign data is stored in Google Cloud in Mumbai. The AI that writes your campaigns runs on Google's Gemini service, which may process requests outside India. We never sell your data or use it for other customers. See the privacy policy.
